The candidate should have 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in investment banking, private equity, private credit or GP-led secondaries. See below for further qualification details. This role at New 2ND Capital will provide exposure to many facets of the private equity universe, including company assessment and valuation, transaction structuring, and manager evaluation. New 2ND Capital has a lean, entrepreneurial environment, and candidates have the opportunity to wear a variety of hats as needed, including both investment and business building work. We are looking for motivated self-starters with strong investment acumen and high level of analytical ability.
