Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Private Equity Associate located in Mission Viejo, CA. The Private Equity Associate will be responsible for performing financial modeling, conducting due diligence on potential investments, evaluating market opportunities, and supporting investment decisions. The role involves identifying and analyzing investment opportunities, monitoring portfolio performance, and preparing detailed reports to support company objectives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and clear communication with stakeholders will also be required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Modeling and strong Analytical Skills
• Experience in Investments and Private Equity
• Strong Due Diligence capabilities with a focus on attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Relevant experience in private equity, investment banking, or financial consulting is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, MBA) are a bonus
